When I want a snack, my go-to food is guacamole. I love me some guacamole. It’s so easy, quick and just amazingly delicious! I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like guacamole but if you find that person, please let me know.
Rumor has it, guacamole likes to get around so before I tell you how to make it, let me first tell you what you can pair it with.
The 8 fun ways;
1) Dip a nacho in it
2) Dip a pita in it
3) Dip veggies in it
4) Put it over your salad
5) Put it over a steaming hot baked potato
6) Add it to your veggie burger
7) Have it as a side dish to your meal
8) Spread it on toasted bread (which happens to be my favourite way to eat it)

How easy is this recipe, you ask? Well, you only need 5 ingredients and it takes 10 mins. This recipe is so easy that if you’ve never cooked before and you’re still able to mess this up, you shouldn’t ever touch food and you will need to use the phone to order your meals from now on.
Here’s what you’ll need; (Serves 1-2 people – Aprox time: 10 mins)
2 small ripe avocados (or 1 big ripe avocado) – make sure they’re ripe! Very key!
1/4 red onion
1 plum tomato (seeded)
1 minced garlic clove
Half a lime
In a small bowl, mash the 2 avocados with a fork until there is a slight chunky consistency. Cut both the red onion and seeded plum tomato into very small pieces (1/2 centimetre) and add it to the avocado bowl. Mince one garlic clove and add it to the mix. And lastly, by squeezing half a lime into the mix it really gives the guacamole that punch.
Mix well and enjoy! I know I did!
